A scammer from India, may call you by your name in a very intimidating manner while attempting to sell a fraudulent product or service. Indian scammers typically avoid using their real names and often opt for common American names in an attempt to appear more trustworthy. They spoof their actual phone numbers to make it appear as if they are calling from an American telephone. If they call you drop the call or tell them to put you on the "Do not call list".
