A very "non" American accent of course is the 1st red flag. The caller then told me He has legal matters to discuss with me. He wanted me to verify my birthday and when I refused he says they already have my information. Coincidently, I was at work and in my office at the very moment was a District Court Judge who overheard the entire conversation and called a friend of his at the law firm the caller said he was calling from. Needless to say, they verified it was in fact spam and reported it.
