My app that is supposed to screen calls like this claimed they were sent to voicemail, it did not instead I got the call. Nothing is owed to these people, no reason to call us. I got a similar call that was a dead phone line last night, one number off from this so I suspected it was a matter of time before these spammer/scammers would get through. Still do not owe anything to them and whomever their clients are.
