hello this is Lucy our office has this number as a contact number for an individual that has a file with our office and at this point it is urgent we hear from you today to stop possible further action there have been letters emails and prior phone calls made and out of courtesy I did want to reach out 1 last time before this escalates call me back before the end of business today please I appreciate your cooperation in advance it will only take a few minutes to sort out

Called on a loan from 2006 in 2026 saying they have 35 years to collect on a debt. When I told him I was on disability he said that does not matter. I will be getting a subpoena for court shortly. When ask the court case number he did not have one. Then told me he had a lien on my property.
