Robo-call purporting to be about the COVID vaccine that tells you to press 1 if you want to schedule a booster, 2 if you will schedule your own booster, 3 if you have already received your booster, 4 if you are not interested in receiving a booster, etc. It's just a scam to try to get you to engage with them for any reason.

Vax center regarding vaccine. Everytime I pick up my Walgreens prescription, my appointment is scheduled for my booster shot. I never book it, however. I will stop by tomorrow. Namaste

Call to create an appointment for mass vaccination in the state of Maryland. I did pre-register as a back-up because it was so difficult for me to obtain an appointment with Walgreens, CVS and such other places. But I got an appointment and already got my first dose. Did not know how to remove myself from list but just removed myself from list after call came. Do not believe this to be scam unless they ask for personal information over the phone. If they ask for personal information over phone, do not give to them and ask if you can provide that information in person when you arrive to appointment. But again, don't believe this to be a scam.

I think this is a scam. I removed my name from the pre-registration list for the mass vaccination site weeks ago, but have been receiving calls and voicemails from this number almost every day.

Two days ago a pre-registered for the covid vaccine in Maryland. Pre-registering is not an appointment. I asked explicitly, when time comes, to set my appointment by email (they offered the option). Besides, I don't qualify so right away, and I will probably be on the last 20% because I have no risk factors whatsoever. However, they called me today from this number, left a message, and asked me to call 1-855-634-6829, which is a genuine MD covid center (from maryland.gov). They asked me to call back from the same telephone they had called me. So I did call 1-855-634-6829. From the other side a lady, a genuine health care worker, didn't understand why I was calling since it is not the right procedure for appointment: If I missed the appointment call, they would call me back; they would never ask me to return THEIR call. I think this is a scam, but probably there is something cooking here since it is not so obvious. Kind of preparing the scenario by mixing genuine numbers with bogus numbers. They will probably call me again and rise the ante somehow.
