Left a vague message - a robo voice said, "This message is intended for [my full name]", then a person came the line and said "Previous attempts to deliver documents at the address on file have expired. In order to resolve this matter and avoid further action it is imperative that you make contact with our office at:" (robotic voice returns) "216-755-7293". There was no company identification, no reference name or number or file or case. Also, the number that the call actually came from was 240-219-0309 (according to my caller ID), which is a Washington DC-Metro/Maryland area code and the 216 number is a Cleveland, OH area code. There have been no attempts to deliver documents to my residence, no unanswered knocks on my door.
