This is a repeat call from a TRACEABLE # who claimed they are calling in behalf of Medicare and how there was a problem in my records, trying to get id theft data. I kept calling them back & telling them to stop calling & all they did was laugh & make insults. They often call posing as a cable company, Medicare & other Govt offices, banks (fraud dept scam), or selling health insurance, car warranties, solar panels, accident claims, loan scams, free internet deals, etc. They have been told to stop calling 100’s of times, but they don’t care.

This was a live return call from the Florida telemarketer who used his own number. He asked if this was Tom, and I was caught off guard before I realized he was stating a fake name that I had given other telemarketers. By the time I tried to correct myself he hung up. This same call group has called 516 times since 08/11/2023 and another 105 robocalls for the wireless alarm systems - Core Home Security/Smart Home Security, in which I have recorded proof it was Ryan Neill’s Boca Raton company. He then tried to bribe me with $1500 if I released him of any blame on the robocall that also forged the caller ID. I refused the bribe. I keep detailed logs of all the calls and have many recorded, including the attempted bribe. This # is already on spam lists for financial spams, vehicle warranty calls, & the “Hello, can you hear me?” scam calls. This is a traceable number as when I called back the same guy who called me answered. I then sent him a text stating we was being reported.
