I really wish I knew who this was. They called me, knew my daughter's name, said they were from BCBS and noticed my daughter needed an orthodontist appointment. They wanted to help me set it up. HOW WOULD THEY KNOW HER NAME? They didn't know mine, just looking for one of her "parents". She's an adult and doesn't live with me?? And I don't have BCBS!
