"We have received a legal complaint to block your social security number immediately." Disgusting thug tactics. I agree with "scared," service to this number needs to be IMMEDIATELY cut off and the persons involved charged with felony.

I just called back. They are using the real number as caller-id, and they answer "Social Security Administration" which is an obvious felony. I thought they were the real one, and I told them that a stupid scammer was using their name and that I was going to call the police but the SSA should now. The monkey at the other side of the line went silent. Anyway, this is a misuse of the phone contract and the phone company should cut this line at once if they don't want to be sued as an accessory to this crime
