I had just fished up a business meeting at a very large (and very confusing) municipality complex, when I ordered my Lyft. As the pick up time got closer, I looked at the map to see where he was, and it was only then did I realize what a complete maze the complex was (why do they construct complexes this confusing?!?). Just then, my driver called and asked me to give him a landmark, because the GPS was totally wrong and there were no street signs, because the entire complex had one street name... it was a mess! I have him the only landmark I could find, and BOOM! he pulled up to me 30 seconds later. For those saying they never use Lyft -- true, you may not, but you need to make sure that nobody in your family or your friends created a Lyft account in your name, or reactivated an old account, because it's super easy to create a new account using someone else's information... then YOU'LL get charged for those rides (if you have any addicts or con-artists in your family/ friends, it's more than likely them doing it). The Lyft driver associated with this phone number (I really wish I remembered his name) is NOT a scammer though, he's a really nice guy just trying to do his job. If he does happen to call you, and you tell him that you don't use Lyft, simply ask him the name of the person/account that ordered the pick up (if it's indeed not your name). If they are using your name, ask the driver to give you the address of where the person is getting picked up from & also the address of where they're getting dropped off at -- that might help give you an idea of who's using your account without your authorization.
