This is a scam. The representative that answered the phone claimed to represent Amazon to notify me that my identity had been stolen and that several bank accounts were opened in my name to transfer funds to Columbia and Mexico. They asked for the last four digits of my Social Security number and the account and routing number for my bank account. As if Amazon would ever do that.
