People from this number and many others are harassing my phone, stating my husband owes money that we don't owe, trying to act as a debt collector that's threatening legal actions, yet nothing ever happens. I believe one of them called themselves arguing and actually directed us to a website, which we looked at, that appears to be a cloned website The numbers they call from vary.

They claimed they are from los Angeles civil court claiming I owe capital one $6000 and they were going to serve me court papers. My daughter told me that they would not tell me over the phone. That I would receive the papers already and would have to deal with the courts and I would be able to dispute it.

If you have something to tell me that I owe a debt, send it to me in the mail since you clearly have my address. They never leave a name or company, just the number with the threat of litigation. This has been going on for 5 years.

To avoid the order against your assets contact our office....Well first, they referenced me as my maiden name and I've been married 16 years, they are also referencing the county in which I currently reside and haven't lived in the county w/my maiden name for 17 years. So with that said, it is 100% a scam. I called them once a year or so back and they were rude, and calling me a liar when they tried to say I owed Capital One, and I in fact did not. They also said they had been by several times to deliver papers. Well, you aren't from Tarrant County so that isn't how that works. Thankfully working for the Sheriff's office has taught me enough.

Leaves message telling me this is a final attempt to help resolve a matter in their office before filing against my assets. I have no bills in collections and I have gotten the same message from another number. T-mobile blocked it when it came through as private so they had to leave a message and that's how the number showed up.

Private call blocked by TMobile. Voicemail stating I HAVE TO call them immediately to stop them from proceeding to after "the assets" in Cook County IL. I called them back. Wrong name on record. And there is an "option to unsubscribe"- press 2 if you are not it... Happy Saturday :)

Called me from a private number then left me a message saying they were going to file a claim against me (in my city) and thay I needed to call them back immediately to prevent an order against my assest. They are a complete scam. The number that showed up on my scam sheild says Denver pa. The number did not appear on my normal phone logs.
