This is a legit phone #. You would have received paperwork in the mail regarding MedPay from Cleveland Clinic. It is for an accident you may have been involved in and you were treated at a Cleveland Clinic Facility They need you to complete this so that they know who to bill: Your Medical Insurance, Your Auto Insurance, or the At-Fault persons Auto Insurance.

I didnt answer it, but I did block my number and call back. It comes back to an automated system saying Cleveland Clinic Accident Unit. Seems valid, as I was in an accident and had been at that hospital
