Unclear what company this is. They called 3X. I gave them Jane Doe and each Rep requested the number I was calling from. With modern technology you would think these hair balls had caller ID. Or able to look up by last name. Brooklyn in particular was the last rep. In speaking with her it was clear she was in need of etiquette classes, speech therapy, and a new career path. Perhaps filing. Something that doesn't include interacting with others.
