The above comments are verbatim of what I received. I called them back numerous times and asked for their legal dept., as they instructed, but they were "in a meeting", so I called back repeatedly after that and kept getting hung up on. I work for a law firm and know this is a robocall and SCAM.

Scammer left this voicemail. Hey, this is Charles Weinberg. Um, I didn't expect to get your voicemail, but either way, when you get this message, I need you to give me a call. I'm actually calling you because some documents that were tied directly to your ID and also to your social were actually sent to our offices yesterday. And being the fact that it is income tax season, I want to protect your privacy and not leave so many details on your voicemail. So. Just give me a call back. I'll probably be in the office today, um, all day. I'm actually taking lunch between the hours of 12:30 and 1:30, but after that I'll definitely be here and available to explain all the details. Take care.

Left same message as stated previously. The red flag was them saying they would be at lunch from 12:30-1:30 and it was already 3:30. The call was from OH and I’m in MI, so there shouldn’t be a time difference.

Call went straight to voicemail, message was left. no company name and stated they , Eva Cohen, wanted a return call because they were 'uncomfortable' leaving results or private matters on a voice mailbox and to call back so they can try to explain everything to you. -- my husband recently passed and ive been on many phone lists for scams lately.

Call went straight to voicemail, message was left. no company name and stated they , Eva Cohen, wanted a return call because they were 'uncomfortable' leaving results or private matters on a voice mailbox and to call back so they can try to explain everything to you. I returned the call from a different phone number, they answered "how may I direct your call" I responded I do not know who you are, I received a voicemail. She said we can try to research who contacted you. So unsure who it was or what company they are representing, they do not announce any names of any company. +++ I selected Debt Collector because I can only assume. I have no idea.
