Couldn't decide WHO they were calling from; tries to get you to say "YES" a LOT! Offer was to reduce my interest rate, Never ONCE even said my name; I pushed for some kind of credit info and he gave me 4 digits saying it was card ending. It was not. He then called ME a moron and hung up the call. I had him on the phone for 15 minutes so couldn't call someone else. A Win Win in MY book!
