I switched electric providers to Gexa Energy and their emails went in my spam so I missed my payment and they called me to make a payment before I got disconnected. I get a lot of spam but thank goodness they left a message. Now I have them saved in my phone so if I don't see a new bill in a few weeks I can be proactive and call them. Thank you for having this site for us to check phone numbers!!!
