While the caller asked for me by name and said they were calling for a survey, the questions seemed a bit too personal and as if they were a skip trace company or something of that nature. I declined to continue and disconnected.

Got this call. A man answered and asked if I was Raymond [LAST NAME]. I said "speaking" He said was doing a survey of "national and local issues" and just asked " what state do I live in?" This "person" just started asking questions without introducing his self and what organization they work with. When I asked "what types of issues?"... I got " I don't have anymore information" It repeated the question like nothing happened... So asked again "what national and local issues are you calling about?"
