It's automated call claiming from AT&T. It said my account has some issues and would affect the usage.

This number left a message on my phone in what sounded like Chinese language. It's either spam or scam. Most likely scam. Blocked.

They pretended to be AT&T. Most of it was in either Mandarin or Cantonese, so I’m not sure exactly what they wanted.
