Recieved a phone call claiming to be from CHASE fraud dept. Seemed fishy right away as i dont have any CHASE accts. They claimed someone opened an account in my name, cashed a stolen check and tried to do two ZELLE transactions. They then said they were going to forward me to ZELLE so i could lock my account! Haha..Yeah right. I hung up immediately. I bet a lot of people get scammed by these scumbags

Twice this month they called me in spanish. Saying that 2 zelle suspicious transactions were happening at the very moment. Lol bank will not call talking to you in spanish and soooo unprofessional

They called, claiming they wanted to verify two suspicious Zelle payments. They spoke in Spanish and mentioned my name, the bank I use, my phone number, and a few other details, but they incorrectly guessed the phone I carry. I told them that I would personally call my Chase representative, and they responded that if I hung up, it would mean I was confirming the fraudulent Zelle payments. Scammers are really getting good
