called and said they were Chase and someone opened an account in my name and wrote checks

called pretending it was my bank and that zelle had been compromised. I knew from the start it was fake. used that NYC bank chase number.....

Scam caller, hang up and call Chase Fraud Department with the phone number on the back of your card.

They called me 6 times in a row after I said thank you but I’m going to call Chase directly. Elaborate call about my Zelle being used to transactions that seemed suspicious and they wanted to check. Even said “we can’t ask you for personal info” and gave me all sorts of cancellation confirmation #s and names and amounts of the fraudulent transactions. Then said they were transferring me to Zelle fraud…I’m sure that’s where the real scam was going to happen - prob y would ask for my info there. That’s when I hung up and was then harassed with calls seconds apart.

Called saying they were from Chase Bank Fraud and Security office. I put them off and asked them to call back, then checked the number and blocked them
