Claims to be Chase back, even caller ID shows JP Morgan Chase. Says there are fraudulent charges that they need confirmation on. I stopped him and asked him what my name was and he said first lets confirm your account number.... I hung up at that point.

This person 212-270-6000 called 6 times in a row so I picked up. They called me by my first name and told me that I had fraudulent charges. I let them talk while I looked up my account. Nothing on either mine or anyone in my families. So I told them I would call back to the 800 number on my card. He said no I will let you talk to my manager. I said no I will call the 800 number on my card. I hung up and blocked that number on my phone. Called Chase to let them know they said they would only call from a 800 or 866 number. But to always call the number from your bill or back of card. Hopefully no one falls for this! They made it sound urgent.
