Constant drilling if you just arrived to NY with these calls reminded you to do the quarantine, loop mode, they read the same message over and over, people are different, this is great job the city of NY created, creative nevertheless, how to be annoying and remind you every day with three calls, the are RELENTLESS, they leave a voicemail, never pickup if you don't know the number you see, scams are all over the place on these tumultous times.
