The person had such a thick accent I couldn't tell what he was calling about. The only word I understood was "Texas", or was it Taxes?

This is an official Xfiinity team (mobile team). I thought I got phshed last week and contacted the Xfinity security dept directly this morning. The support assistant verified the number that is used by their mobile promotions team and she was able to find the exact time the call was made.
