Didn’t say anything just hung up

A lady called and said that I was supposed to have received a package and she wanted to send someone out to do a water test. I informed her that I had a water softener and asked how she got my information since I'm on the national do not call list. She talked over me and said it was a complementary offer and that she would update my "file" and then hung up on me before I could get another word in.
