Don't answer. These guys are trying to collect on payday loans from decades ago. They will try and trick you to admit the debt is yours and the clock starts over again. They will threaten you that they will take legal action against you. They can't and that is against the Fair Debt Collection laws anyway. Just ignore them. They are known to try to contact your family. If it goes that far, I would try to get their information and just agree you are the person, but do not give any other information regarding the debt. It's doubtful they will give you information as they know people will attempt to turn them in for illegal debt collection practices, but in case you can get the information, whoever is doing this, you can file a complaint against them and they'll have to pay YOU.
