I answered the phone but didn't announce myself (i normally only announce myself if i recognize the contact or caller-id). Caller was automated, played back an obviously pre-recorded "hello? hello are you there?" message in a loud male north american accent. no background or breathing noises. they hung up after 10 seconds of silence.
