They call and state they have a very urgent and sensitive matter to discuss. I called back out of curiosity they claim I have some type of outstanding balance through and advanced check cashing program which I don’t. I then asked if they sent a debt verification letter under the consumer rights act. They said they did when I asked for which address they have on file the person hung up.
