3rd party Microsoft vendor trying to upsell to their product and services. Their email comes through as "International supplier" from a microsoft.com email address. I assume Microsoft is selling / giving them access to contact Microsoft customers. Told her I wasn't interested as I have an MSP for my Microsoft products.

Was a Microsoft Sales and Support telemarketer/customer service rep following up on a trial offer I had signed up for to an add on service to my Microsoft 365 Business Subscription. They had the correct subscription and contact info. They wanted to go through the features and options of the software and of course were hoping to catch the flip from trial to subscription. Legit call - not an unsolicited call. You have to agree to the marketing catches. One of those pesky little checkboxes so its all good.

Claimed to be Microsoft Support. Returning a call to follow up on support request to defederate domain. The problem is every single person who calls from Microsoft is of Indian descent. Ironically, Futurism Technologies, (Chris Garner), setup our Azure account. We have had nothing but problems, hijacked domain, website, emails compromised, tons of spam calls, etc. Futurism Technologies claims to be a top tier Microsoft partner. Who is Microsoft doing business with and what checks and balances do they maintain to ensure their partners are keeping things on the up and up?
