Asked for my account number

Said they were amazon and needed my name to confirm who I was. Asked them what item they were calling about and said they couldn’t say not say but could email the account. Got an email from them within 5 minutes so appears to be valid, though the email didn’t give any specifics but it was from an no-reply@amazon.com

it seems legit - I was very skeptical too - but I did receive an email from Amazon immediately after and it referenced a failed deliver ... obviously terrible on Amazon's part in terms of how they approach the phone call ([Amazon calls] "we're going to need YOU [meaning you who is answering the call] to verify who you are". - - like everyone - 'nope' and then we hung up. But the email showed up and we did have a failed delivery today... So, very likely valid.

Said they needed to ask about an Amazon delivery and asked for my name. I asked if they could give my name and they said no, and then I said I would not give my name again so they said they would send me an email and hung up. I received no email

asked my for my name and I said they called me. She began a I need to verify.... I hung up. I did receive an email from Amazon sorry we couldn't complete call. Possibly a true call from Amazon, but calling and asking me for my information is not how we are taught to be diligent about given information to callers...

Called claiming to be Amazon about a delivery problem and asked for my name to confirm my account. If you know my phone number and claim to be Amazon you should know my name.

Scam call, everyone knows that Amazon never calls you about delivery of a package. I received a package that I did not order. I threw it away. It had no return address or anything on it Call her ass for personal information, account number, etc. Block number and they still keep calling from a private line now

Two incoming calls from Amazon claiming driver was unable to find my address. However, I have had many packages delivered at the very same address many times in the past. Representative was extremely professional and additional detailed directions to address was provided. Not a scam call.

Block this!!! Calling about an update to an Amazon delivery that couldn't be made. Total horse s***. Called 3 times on close succession. I have had nobrecent deliveries or orders.
