Called about a niggertunity

Call came through "unknown caller" but the VM left a number of 206-486-4628 "Hey there my name is Matt I'm just calling because I see you're over on (street address) I know this is a little out of the blue but i actually work for a roofing company (which roofing company?) and we're going to doing the roof for one of your neighbors coming up in a little less than a month and i was wondering if you were thinking about having your roof replaced as well, um if you're interested we can add on a discount to your project because we're already working in the area so give me a call back if you'd like to set up a time for us to come out and do an inspection then put together an estimate for you thanks. unfortunately i have an HOA and they replace the roofs in the area, and they're not due for another 6 years minimum. So yeah, straight bullshit scam.
