"Scam Likely" appeared on my phone and I usually ignore and block these calls. I was expecting an important call so decided to answer this one. After a couple "hellos", a male came online and identified himself as being from Green Energy Builders. I immediately stated that I don't take solicitors' calls and terminated it, then blocked the number. A brief internet research of Green Energy Builders revealed a company with that name is located in Jacksonville, FL, but the phone number was from Bainbridge Island, WA. The caller was in a boiler room operation because the background noise was several other phone scammers.
