Number belongs to Endurance Warranty Services. They are the #1 provider of those insurance plans that repair your car when it breaks down (a warranty extension service). They generally don't call you unless you have requested a quote from them online and have given your contact information and consented to be contacted by them. However, if you don't answer their call, they can be pushy, calling multiple times throughout the day but never leaving any voicemail message! If your vehicle is new enough to allow coverage through one of their plans, beware because they are not cheap!
