"Richard Newman" An illegal caller, using number spoofing and an AI voice. They state you have 2 open orders and threaten to actively persue you at uour work place. Connecting number usually originates from Coastal South Carolina, and calls from them usually use a fake number.

So little Ricky's got himself a random phone number generator, a cute little frightening message and plenty of time on his hands. He's called three times now , exact same threat ending with, "you have officially been notified". Questions for Ricky process division for whom? How do you intend to actively pursue me, exactly? Sounds like a threat. I do not respond well to threats and in my line of work we have a standard statement we are required to read as well. It ends with, "Do you understand these rights that have been read to you?"

Advised them of their blatant FCC violations in repeated calls to my number, even though they said they removed my name and number from their "list". Lol- clowns When you call them, they act innocent and call you rude when you call them out on their sh*t. Then they step up the continuous, unethical, and illegal calls. I don't have debt. So they decided to pick a fight with a retired Jarhead, with nothing better to do. This should be fun !

Richard Newman left a VM saying that they had 2 files in the office against me and since he couldn't reach me by phone..he would seek my employment location and residence location..and once he locates me I would have forfeited any rights and I can reach out to the client is working for gave this number 205-858-1571 and ended the call with you been officially notified..caller ID # he called from was 319-261-8093..my spam blocker stop the call..this is why I didn't hear the call or see i had a missed call til I saw my VM icon..and I know I don't have any files out there as I do work for the county and have access to those kind of records..

This number called a few days ago and today. Only got a partial message since apparently the robocall recording began prior to my voicemail picked up, but it's something about a complaint which is supposedly being filed this morning or this afternoon for "several different matters." Funny that they also said "this morning or this afternoon" when they called and left a message several days ago. They claim to be calling to ensure they have the correct address and say "the next step will be filing necessary paperwork within the county." They try to make it sound "official" by providing a reference claim number and say the person has been "officially notified." Uh, yeah... sure... whatever.
