this is not cigna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have never been a cigna member and received this unsolicited call. out of curiosity, i called cigna at their 800-997-1654 customer service number (posted on their website) and they also said this is **not** a number that they use. this is a cigna impersonator. caller had a foreign accent and sounded like a busy call center in the background. scam!
