I filled out information online about the health coverage and then the agent called me. I asked the cheapest plan in DC. Then recommended me the options. I told that I would like to check the information in a detailed manner and then I would recall for purchase. After that the ''agent'' got angry very suspiciously and frightened me that I would be penalized if I don't buy the health insurance plan. I was inexperienced and then at some point I said that I wanted to buy the plan. He asked me the SSN and unfortunately, I told him my SSN. But when it came to the credit card I canceled the call.
