Call from International Rescue Committee

An American male with a mild southern(?) accent said he represented the International Relief Fund operating in Gaza. Spoke on behalf of Gazans and requested a donation of $100, then $50, then $25. He knew my name and indicated I had donated to them before. I cannot find an organization of that name in my donation records.
