Ignored phone number registered with Do Not Call List, telemarketer identified on behalf of NRCC stating call was being recorded, purpose of call was to beg for political donation, kindly told caller to FUCK OFF!

I don't really see it as spam. These calls come in because you or someone using your phone number (perhaps whoever had it before) gave the number to the National Republican Congressional Committee.

They use the name NRCC and when you call you get a recording asking you for information and they never say who they are. They call everyday and keep switching numbers.
