Refuse to pick this up, but if it's Sierra Club as another commenter and my searching both claim, then they've been bothering me for nearly a year now by text calling me by a name that isn't mine. Now they're dialing my number almost every day at the same time of day. You'd think a human being would hear the voicemail name and realize something's wrong, so I can only assume they're robocalling and scrapping data by third parties to create unsolicited calls. Last I checked this is illegal and while I'd love to report them to the FCC and FTC, the current government shutdown has completely closed consumer complaint report filings for me to do so.

Caller ID shows Sierra Club as caller, I called number back from a secure phone line and got a message stating they are STNA Tella service, for a outbound charitable service and if I want my number removed from their call list to leave a message with my phone number.
