Scam threatening lawsuits

This number is one of 3 different numbers that called me, my office number, my brother-in-law and my sister. He said he needed me to call immediately to get information about a summons for me to appear in court. He said that whether i called him or not, I was going to be sued and there was nothing I could do about it. He told me that I needed to contact “the Legal Department” and gave me an 866 to call. At the end of the call he said “you’ve been warned.” When I called, the same man answered the phone using a different name and answered “Legal Department”. I gave him the case number he told me use in the message and then he said, “yes I found your case how can i help you” Then, he refused to give me any information. He kept saying “how can i help you” over and over. When I said that he called me and that I was returning his call. He said, no you called me. I just answered the phone when you called. I didnt call you. And he repeated that every time I refused to give him any information. He eventually hung up on me.
