Keeps telling me to return call to delay further action. States I owe $ and gave a file number which was distorted so I could not hear it. Blocked the number.

Advised me to contact them to avoid liens or seizure of assets. They said they strongly encourage me to take action as soon as possible to avoid any additional fees interest or legal costs. They rattled off random case number but never said who they were, what they represented, or never mentioned my name.
