Caller claimed to be from Microsoft offering a $399 refund for maintenance service that they could not provide because their servers were down. They claimed that I had recently made a purchase of a new computer but could not provide the date on which I made the purchase. They also stated that they were on a recorded line. They offered to walk me through a Web page were I could input the information needed for me to obtain the refund. I told them that I was not currently in front of my computer and they agreed to call me back in an hour. Meanwhile I checked several Scam sites and PP Care Maintenance is most definitely a scam.
