I never answer an unknown number , based on the number of scam calls. If it is important they can leave a message with a call back number. In this case, they actually left a robo voice mail without identifying themselves, with 4 payment options, including Pay with a checking account, bank card, transfer billing, discuss your billing, etc. Preying on old people that are too trusting.

Automated call stating they were from a local utility company (Duke Energy) and that they would be turning off my power. Forwarded me to an automated menu for bill and account information, then hung up.
