They are trying to get you to call them and pay for your refund . I called the number back and it was not a business it was someone just answering and saying hello instead of a professional greeting.

This was about Microsoft closing and wanting to refund me money, lol

claiming to be from Microsoft refund dept. saying I have a contract with them (I don't even own a Microsoft product). They are closing their dept., and I should call a certain number to get my refund. Of course I did nothing as I know them to be bogus. They called yesterday too from Malibu Ca. Theu must think I am gullible.- This was a robocall
